How long does a service call take?

Most Charlotte visits are dispatched quickly and finished in a single stop. A standard Level 2 charge is scheduled in 30-minute blocks, and roadside calls such as a jumpstart, tire change, or lockout are completed on site.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the Charlotte, NC metropolitan area, including the 28202 office area and surrounding neighborhoods. Travel beyond 10 miles is listed on the pricing table.

Do you provide Level 2 charging only?

Mobile charging visits are Level 2. We also provide tire service, jumpstarts, battery replacement quotes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lockouts.

Can you charge all EV makes and models?

We charge EVs with a standard Level 2 charge port. Tell us the year, make, and model when you request help so the technician brings the right connector.

Is the price the same for all locations?

Service prices are the same across the Charlotte metro. After-hours rates apply from 8PM to 7AM EST, and a travel fee applies beyond 10 miles.
